TOPIC: Need a good people search/background check site

I am looking for a good people search/background check site tht gves -i.e. a 1 mnth unlimited search4 flat fee
Most seem to be either people finders giving you the address and last known number---
Then the second part is all criminal history....I need a litte more info (cell phone #, email address, employer, DOB,
