The sentencing date for Daniel W. Heath, the key defendant in a $190 million investment fraud case, has been rescheduled to Sept. 26. At a pre-sentencing hearing in Riverside Friday, the judge and attorneys did not decide whether the sentencing will be conducted at the Corona courtroom where Heath's trial took place.
