Not pictured is Kalya Kelly. What do I do with a CFL light bulb (Compact Fluorescent Lamp) when it burns out? Like paint, batteries, thermostats and other hazardous household items, CFLs should be disposed of properly. Do not throw CFLs away in your household garbage if there is a better disposal option. In our area The Home Depot located at 9615 Diamond Center Road has a recycling bin near their Returns Department. This is a free service. They do not accept long tubes. They can be reached at 440-357-0428. For other locations please go to http://www.recycleabulb.com/. The only other option is to place the CFL in a plastic bag and seal it before putting it in the trash. Thanks to all the Painesville Electric customers who participated in the light bulb exchange!
Congratulations to this year's winners of the Pretty in Painesville Award. The winners were presented with awards and gift cards by a member of City Council and PCIC at the Monday, October 6 Council Meeting. Ward Ward Ward Ward Commercial - Taco
