Sex offender moves into Spring Valley (The Journal News) |
SPRING VALLEY - A moderate-risk sex offender who abused a Nyack woman has moved into a South Madison Avenue house. Cassidy Armistead, 31, was convicted of first-degree sex abuse and sentenced in January to a year in the county jail. He was recently released.
