Sex offender charged for not registering (Alamogordo Daily News) |
Police arrested an Alamogordo man Thursday for failing to register as a sex offender, a fourth degree felony punishable by 18 months in prison. According to Alamogordo Department of Public Safety activity logs, Daniel James, 26, of 1107 Filmore Apt. B, was arrested on a Magistrate Court warrant.
