Police: Six sex offenders didn't register (Casper Star-Tribune) |
Casper Police this week failed to locate six convicted sex offenders at their last known addresses. The six men, who range in age between 19 and 39, are charged with failing to register as sex offenders, because they did not submit changes of address.
