Calvin R. Holland, arrested June 20, told investigators he had lived in Arizona since March 2006 after absconding from the supervision of a Pennsylvania sex offender-tracking unit, police said. Holland, convicted of rape in Missouri in 1983, is required to register as a sex offender.
