A Madison County grand jury has indicted a Madison bounty hunter on charges of sexual battery and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute while carrying a firearm. Christopher Paul Fish, 40, who lives at 201 Azalea Circle in Madison's North Place subdivision, was arrested in February on the two unrelated incidents.
