OWENSBORO, Ky. ? A friend's mystery drew Nita and Scott Reisinger from Danville, Ky. A newspaper story, an affinity for television's "Columbo" and a friendly telephone receptionist convinced Bonita and Dennis Riley to drive from Dallas. And a chance to see his own play staged and competing for prize money in new festival brought Joseph Goodrich from St. Paul, Minn.
