A man and his daughter discovered incinerated human remains and bullets in a burned and rusted metal barrel in Laurel County, Sheriff Fred Yaden said yesterday. The bones are those of an adult and have been in the barrel at least 11/2 to 2 years, Yaden said. It's unclear whether the bullets are related to the person's death.
