A familiar face in some of the country's most high-profile legal disputes may now be setting her sights on Orem city in the case of a 70-year-old woman and her brown lawn. Civil rights lawyer Gloria Allred, known as one of America's most famous attorneys, is serving as a victim's rights advocate for Betty Perry, who was injured and arrested in a dispute over her dead, unwatered lawn.
