Implant-case lawyer told to refund $35.7 million (Houston Chronicle) |
Houston plaintiff lawyer John O'Quinn has been ordered by an arbitration panel to refund at least $35.7 million to more than 3,000 former breast implant litigation clients. With interest and attorneys' fees, he could owe almost $60 million.
