Describing a Tarrant County judge's comments as "appalling" and "hateful," a group of African-American attorneys in Dallas has called for a state judicial panel to sanction County Court at Law Judge Brent Keis, who has been accused of making racially insensitive remarks to a black lawyer during a court proceeding.
