Traffic stop sparks murder investigation (Madera Tribune) |
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department has opened a murder investigation after a Lynnwood man was pulled over in Madera. The suspect, 31-year old Jose Cain Lopez, was pulled over at 2:43 a.m. June 24 driving a red 1993 Ford Thunderbird on state Route 99 near Avenue 17.
