Internal investigation shows mishandlings within Gilbert PD (FOX 10 Phoenix) |
Gilbert Police have released the results of an internal investigation, into a fire that destroyed a south Phoenix home. The fire was started by a flash-bang grenade, when they tried to catch a man who they thought was in the home. Turns out, the only people in that home... were an elderly couple. FOX 10's Sarah Acevedo has more.
