Lisa Boyle's identity theft nightmare began last July with a phone call from Texas. On paper, it looked like Boyle had purchased a used Chevy Malibu in a small city called Burkburnett and then failed to make the payments. In reality, Boyle is a single mother of two living in Concord who drives a Dodge Neon.
