Woman arrested, charged with identity theft of 2 (Bristol Herald Courier) |
Johnson City police arrested Deborah Sue Raymond today, charging her with two counts of identity theft. An investigation revealed Raymond obtained two credit cards using two separate victims' personal information. She is being held in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $10,000 bond.
