PORTLAND - The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help apprehending a wanted identity thief. The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office has issued a warrant with a $100,000 bail for 46-year-old Debra Lee McIntyre on multiple counts of identity theft.
