As the school year nears the finish line Melinda Hill, a Woodrow Wallace Middle schoolteacher is nearing the finish line of a 20-year stretch of track. Hill, who has been a teacher for 20 years, most of which were spent at Woodrow Wallace Middle School, is retiring.
