Second Saturday Rogers Historical Museum's "Second Saturday," set for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. this Saturday, focuses on life on the World War II homefront. Among the offerings will be "Cartoons at War" at 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. This month's event is designed to accompany the exhibit "Norman Rockwell in the 1940s: A View of the American Homefront," which continues through Aug. 11.
