MANSFIELD -- Nathan Murrell is no longer on the lam. Murrell, 30, was featured in the News Journal's Most Wanted program April 15. He was captured by the Ohio Adult Parole Authority and the Richland County Sheriff's Department around 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
