Saline County -- Police say one of the most wanted men in Saline county is behind bars. The sheriff's department apprehended 41 year old Emil Volkman yesterday morning. Volkman was wanted on charges of sexual assault, failure to appear, and escape. He's eluded capture for more than two years.
