Just 73 hours after appearing for 15 seconds on "America?s Most Wanted," a Pennsylvania man was arrested late Monday in Southwest Virginia. Authorities say Charles "Chuckie" Walton, 35, had been running for four years from a number of charges, including rape and incest, filed in his home state.
