LAW ENFORCERS arrested the ?most wanted? person in Davao del Sur at his home in Barangay Sanghay, Malita yesterday afternoon. A combined team of the Regional Mobile Group and the Malita Police Precinct arrested Maurito Upong, 34, and a member of the Citizen Armed Forces Geographical Unit.
