DES MOINES (AP) - It's over 15 years in prison for a Cedar Rapids man convicted of selling more than a ton of marijuana. Michael Plasa, 40, pleaded guilty in January to conspiracy to distribute more than 1,000 kilograms of marijuana and to conspiring with others to commit money laundering.
